FROM EARTH, THROUGH THE HAND
In crystal, trace minerals create the subtle colors and natural variations within each stone. In cloisonné, mineral color is placed within fine metal lines, then transformed by fire into luminous enamel.

Step 01 Design & Shape
The pattern begins on paper, then fine copper strips are shaped into delicate curves that will become the structure of the design.
Step 02 Attach the Wire
The shaped metal motifs are fixed to the bead, creating small chambers ready to receive color.
Step 03 Fill with Enamel
Mineral enamel is carefully placed into each chamber, layer by layer, bringing depth and vivid color to the surface.
Step 04 Fire in the Kiln
Heat transforms the enamel into a glass-like surface. The bead may be fired several times until the color settles beautifully.
Step 05 Polish by Hand
The surface is gently polished to reveal the pattern, soften the finish, and bring out the luminous quality beneath.
Step 06 The Final Bead
After each careful stage, the cloisonné bead emerges with its own luminous color and pattern. It is then paired with natural crystal beads in complementary tones, becoming the crafted heart of an Elyndir bracelet.
